Terms & Conditions

• 1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all guests staying at CM Residency (hereinafter referred to as "the Hotel").
• 1.2 By making a reservation or staying at the Hotel, guests agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• 1.3 The Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• 2.1 Guests are required to provide valid identification and contact details at the time of booking.
• 2.2 A valid credit card or advance payment is required to confirm a reservation.
• 2.3 Rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges unless explicitly mentioned.
• 2.4 Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• 3.1 Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
• 3.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.
• 3.3 Refunds for advance payments will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

• 4.1 Check-in time is 12 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.
• 4.2 Late check-out beyond the stipulated time will incur additional charges unless prior arrangements are made.

• 5.1 Guests are expected to behave in a manner that respects the comfort and privacy of other guests.
• 5.2 Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and public areas. Smoking in such areas will result in a cleaning fee of Rs. 200/-.
• 5.3 Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted by the Hotel in advance.

• 6.1 Guests are liable for any damage or loss caused to Hotel property during their stay.
• 6.2 The Hotel reserves the right to charge for the repair or replacement of damaged items or for any loss incurred.

• 7.1 The Hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas.
• 7.2 Safety deposit boxes are available for guest use at the reception or in the rooms.
• 7.3 The Hotel is not liable for any personal injury, illness, or death occurring during the stay unless caused by the Hotel’s negligence.

• 8.1 Complimentary amenities (Wi-Fi, breakfast, etc.) are subject to availability and may vary by room type.
• 8.2 Guests are responsible for their own belongings while using Hotel facilities such as the gym, pool, or restaurant.

The Hotel shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or emergencies.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
